"Public Performance Rights (PPR) are included with the purchase of each DVD, including the use of Resource Materials, for use in Canadian classrooms and educational institutions only. Inter-school loaning is not permitted. PPR for public library patrons is restricted to home use. Copying or distribution of Resource Materials is not permitted."

"Any damaged or lost DVDs or Resource CDROMs will be replaced at fifty percent (50%) of purchased price for as long as products are available. If for some reason either product will not play and you deem it defective, please return to us and we will immediately replace it no charge."

The video DVDs are segmented so they can be easily incorporated into specific learning objectives.
